Fenton’s Friday

Our homegroup went to Fenton’s on Friday before the Maxwell Field Night hosted by Koinonia and a2f. Friday was one of the hottest days of the year and so it turned out to be a perfect night for grabbing ice cream. The ice cream was awesome. For those of you who saw “Up” this summer, you may remember it was featured at the end of the movie.
Though no one attempted the Fenton’s challenge that night, many people did eat huge sundaes, along with sandwiches and fries. And we had many new students to Cal join us there for the fun. Afterwards, we got to burn off some of those calories running around playing handball, ultimate, and braveheart where the Junior class took a surprising victory!

Actually, their ice cream is so good…Sasha and I dusted a dish right after eating dinner there…I wonder…
