Ever wonder what happens on a Sunday afternoon?
Sunday Service in Alameda!
We always start with the essentials: incredibly delicious, mouth-watering food! We’ve enjoyed everything from tasty tacos to eye-popping barbeque to awesome BLT!

Some weeks we’ve also gotten to know each other better through fun activities and ice-breakers – we’ve played Frisbee golf to conquer our food coma, learned about each other’s most embarrassing stories and unusual talents, and even examined what we carry around in our wallets. I must say, there were many surprises… even of what was in our own wallets!
Next comes the real meat of the service – the Truth Project! We’re training and equipping ourselves intellectually by examining our worldviews and investigating the truth claims of various philosophies and science. We’ve learned a lot as we not only learn the material but also how to clearly present it as well. This is always followed by some great times of lively discussion.

We then end our service with praise, led by our very own Steven (Curtis Chapman). But that’s not it! For those who choose to honor God through their studies, some go to a place more inducive to studying. For the rest of us who wish to enjoy the great fellowship, we have fun!
Want to join in on the fun and the fellowship? This Sunday we’re going to be meeting at Central. Need a ride? We’ll be having pickups at the same place at the same time, Anna Head West parking lot at 11:50 am. Get ready for some great food, inspiring teaching, and awesome fellowship! Hope to see you all there!
