Hey everyone, it’s been a while since we’ve been all together huh? So this Friday (3/12), 7:30pm @ First Presbyterian Church (corner of Dana/Channing), we’re back to the all-Koinonia Bible Study! Lem is going to get us fired up about what it means to have real community with each other instead of settling for superficial relationships. Don’t miss it! It’s also a great chance to invite friends and newcomers so spread the word! See you Friday.
This Friday (3/5) we’ll have Bible Studies by classes. All the frosh will meet at Steve/Suzanne’s new house! Details for all the classes will come soon…
Next Friday (3/12) is our large-group evangelistic Bible Study, so all of Koinonia will be together! The homegroup Bible Studies have been great, but it’ll be fun to be all together again as well.
Also we’re planning a Spring Break trip, Sun-Tue (3/21-23).
Sign up soon if you wanna go! We’re planning an awesome outing to Yosemite – think about the bonding on the drive, food and games at the house, beautiful scenery and hikes in the valley, crisp & fresh air, tall & magnificent trees, and more! So sign up!
Hi everyone, this Friday we’re meeting by homegroups for Bible Study. We’re going to listen to a very special message and discuss it together. Afterwards, each homegroup will also have its own activities. We hope meeting in smaller groups will allow us to develop deeper relationships and give us unhurried time to hang out. So please contact your homegroup staff for details!
We’re all looking for love, right? And when Valentine’s Day rolls around each year, do we sigh and bemoan that we still can’t find that special someone? This Friday, we’re going to expose the myths and hype surrounding Valentine’s Day, and find out what true love is by looking at the Bible and hearing the personal stories of other students who’ve discovered true love. Intrigued? Don’t miss!
On Monday, Feb 15 (Presidents’ Day holiday), our Sierra Retreat will be the site of the year’s most rockin’ snow-fighting, sledding, snowman-making, and whatever else you wanna do to your friends to show them how much you love them with lots of fresh powder!
Please sign up! Even if you signed up the first time, please sign up again. Thanks. Sign up for the snow trip.
Not convinced? Check out highlights from our last snow trip.
